What are the shipping costs?

For every order below the €50,-, with a delivery address in The Netherlands, Belgium or Germany, €4,95 shipping costs are charged.  
If your order is above €50,-, no shipping costs are charged. 

In addition to the above mentionned coutries we also ship to the following countries, other shipping costs are charged:

  1. For every order below €75,-, with a delivery address in Austria, Denmark, Luxembourg, and the United Kingdom, €9,95 shipping costs are charged. 
  2. For every with a delivery address in Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain, €14,95 shipping costs are charged.  
How long does the delivery take?

We understand that you would like to receive your order as soon as possible and therefore we do our utmost best to send and deliver your package as soon as possible. Every order placed and paid before 14:00 will be packed and send out the same working day.

The tabel below shows the leadtime to each country.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to the following countries: The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Monaco, United Kingdom, Ireland, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Austria, Liechtenstein, Hugary, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia and the Czech Republic.

If your country is not listed, we unfortunately not ship there yet.
We aim to ship to more countries soon!

Can I track my order?

You will receive an e-mail with a tracking code as soon as your order left our warehouse.

Can I collect my package at your warehouse?

It is not possible to collect your package at our warehouse. 

Help, my order arrived incomplete

We are sorry to hear your order arrived incomplete! 

Please send us an e-mail with the following details:

  • Full name
  • Order number 
  • Missing product(s)

You can use our contatform or send and email to customerservice@littledutch.nl.  

If you suspect that your package has been opened before, or has been damaged during transport, please make photos and send them along with your e-mail.
